Anyone studying the occult or an alternative spiritual path knows the importance of psychically protecting himself or herself. Negativity comes from all places, including ourselves and even those closest to us, most without even realizing it. This is why it’s so important to take the time to routinely cleanse and do away with this energy. Not doing so clutters our life and our mind and creates blocks from allowing abundance and mental clarity into our lives.
Though this is a fantastically informative tome, there are some instances where I disagreed with the author. For instance, on the subject of holy water, Draja mentioned that this could only be obtained from a Roman Catholic or Episcopal Priest. I have to disagree with that. Anyone can bless water; it’s all a matter of intent and faith. If you don’t believe me, look into the work of Dr. Emoto, he can show you the miraculous affects of blessing water.
Aside of that aforementioned, this is truly a classic book on spiritual first aid and I’m sure you will all enjoy this newer 21st Anniversary Edition with its new chapter on ‘Quieting the Mind.’
